The Ticket Factory (the ticketing arm of the NEC Group) are on the lookout for a Client Services Executive to join its strong and growing Client Services department. Experience and expertise in developing excellent account relationships is essential to help put bums on seats, footprints on exhibition floors and keep the turnstiles turning at events across the UK.
Ideally, you'll have experience of working on a ticketing system, preferably with a working knowledge of Audience View. We're also after someone who has excellent written, telephone, interpersonal skills and experience of providing excellent customer care. It can get tough in live events, so a highly motivated and conscientious individual with a can-do upbeat attitude is the type of person who thrives and flourishes. You'll also need excellent communication and customer care skills with the ability to deal confidently with people on all levels.
