Job Title: Box Office Manager
To work as a willing and flexible team member, assisting where required and able to maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the operation.
Ticket sales, general reception duties and administration, post, night-time cashier and lost property.
Reception / Administration
Responsible for keeping records of all lost property and items claimed, dealing with day-time cloakroom collections.
NIGHT TIME DUTIES
Ticket sales and ensuring that the attendance figures tally with the z reports on a nightly basis
Running the guest list when requested
Logging lost property and giving lost property collection information cards out
Selling tickets for upcoming events
Answering phone, taking messages
