    Your responsibilities:

    • Working as part of the Customer Service Team as a telephone operator (incoming and outgoing) to provide the best possible experience and troubleshooting for our customers, working within and building the Eventim Brand and our Fan First Thinking ideal
    • Responding to customer emails daily, and assisting with the Marketing Executive with social media customer service queries if required
    • Meeting performance targets for all customer responses, focusing on speed, efficiency, quality and development of the Eventim brand
    • Working with the Operations Team to deliver first class service to our clients as required

    • Excellent communication skills, a patient manner who is not easily thrown off by difficult customer interaction
    • A team player who is also entrepreneurial (not a 9-5 mentality)
    • A willingness to see a customer service journey through from the start to the successful resolution
    • Open to travel, on site work at events or festivals and further tasks delegated by other Eventim UK departments
    • Previous experience within the Ticketing Industry is preferred
