    Position: Ticketing Executive

    Key responsibilities 

    • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Eventim’s technology to provide support for the Eventim Account Management team, Fulfilment department and Customer Service team.
    • Monitoring ticket stock levels, assisting the fulfilment team to ensure tickets go out in a timely manner
    • Build and maintain live entertainment events on to the Eventim ticketing system
    • Build excellent relationships with clients
    • Work at onsite box offices, on an ad-hoc basis, at a range of live entertainment events on behalf Eventim’s clients
    • Some out of hours work during the Summer months may be required

    Our expectations


    • Experience within the ticketing industry is essential for this role
    • Excellent client and customer service skills (written and verbal communication)
    • Ability to quickly become adept at using new technology

    Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6
